The air handler and ductwork should be inspected annually to ensure that is operating at optimum performance.

This inspection also provides a room by room analysis that includes a digital particle count moisture and humidity readings throughout the property. If necessary, additional microbiology field samples will be collected and sent to an accredited lab for testing. Once all of the data is collected, our certified consultants will present a common sense approach that will give you the best means to solve all of your indoor air quality concerns.

Our duct cleaning and restoration services utilize NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) approved procedures and equipment. This will include thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all components of the air handler, as well as decontaminating the duct work. We can also apply an antimicrobial sealant to the ductwork to prevent the disbursement of airborne bacteria and viruses. We are also equipped to replace ductwork if necessary.
